GeekFest is a killer night of super geekiness!
It’s one part Trade Show, one part Ideas Competition, one part Awesome Keynote and one part $10,000.00. Wrap that up in the grandeur of the Ontario Science Centre’s Hot Zone, and you have an evening that you won’t soon forget. Here are the particulars:
When is GeekFest?
Wednesday, March 7, 2012.
6:00 – 8:15 pm: Reception & Trade Show (food and refreshments provided)
8:15 – 9 pm: Keynote Presentation
9 – 9:30 pm: The Ideas Competition TOP 3
9:30 – 10 pm: Ultimate Geek Crowned / Closing Remarks
10 – 11 pm: Continued Reception
Where is it?
The Hot Zone at the Ontario Science Centre
770 Don Mills Road (at Eglinton Avenue East)
The GeekFest doors are down the hill from the South Entrance. Park in the lot at the bottom of the hill. If in doubt, ask where GeekFest is taking place and someone will be able to point you in the right direction.

What is going to happen?
- A reception & party with cocktails and great food
- The final stage of an ideas competition where the Top 3 Geeks will present their ideas to a panel of SUPREME GEEKS for a grand prize of $10,000.00
- A keynote presentation TBD
