Does every employee have to attend GeekFest?
No, it’s an optional event. But if you can make it, you should. People had a great time last year and this year will be even better.

Can I bring my family to GeekFest so they can see what I do at work?
Including family is part of our Geekfest vision. Unfortunately, we don’t have this figured out for this year. As it is, it’s a licensed events and all attendees must be of legal age.

Can I invite clients to GeekFest?
Definitely. They are certainly welcome to attend, but even better is to have them participate. Have them join your team in your booth or with your submission to the ideas competition, showcasing work you’ve done together.

Can I invite potential T4G employees to GeekFest?
Definitely, again. GeekFest is another opportunity to demonstrate that we’re a great place to work … and a little different. It’s one of our key pieces in winning the war for talent.

Will Geoff be attending GeekFest?
Of course! He’s our Chief Geek.

I work in Moncton / Saint John / Vancouver / Charlottetown / somewhere other than Toronto.  Will I be able to attend GeekFest?
We would love to be able to fly everybody in for this, but unfortunately we cannot. Like Floodstock, we hope some people will make the effort (and investment) to come. That said, if you’re Toronto-bound for some business, try to be smart about the scheduling. Maybe you can find yourself there at just the right time.
